About Me
Hello, I’m Roxana Snyder, a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach who lives on the beautiful Gulf Coast. Beyond my professional role, I am a friend, mother, sister, dog-lover, daughter, and artist. My passion lies in personal growth and the boundless potential for transformation.
Since childhood, I’ve been an “out of the box” thinker. My dream was to become a psychologist, but life had other plans. Instead, I ventured into Diagnostic Medical Ultrasound, predominantly in women’s healthcare. In the dimly lit ultrasound room, I had deep, authentic conversations with women in vulnerable states. Through these interactions, I learned that we share the same desires and fears, shaped by our unique experiences.
My healthcare career also taught me how our bodies respond to distress when we aren’t paying attention. Ignoring these signs can lead to chronic fatigue, digestive issues, headaches, and even more serious conditions. After years of unawareness, I experienced these effects firsthand, which lead me to a pivotal point of change. My journey brought me to Woman Within International, a woman-led, nonprofit dedicated to amplifying the power and wisdom in every woman. Through their programs, I deepened my awareness, explored the mind-body connection, and embraced transformation.
After decades of listening, being seen, heard, and supported, I am paying it forward. I am dedicated to collaborating with others who are ready to pivot and embrace their own journey of transformation.
Our lives consist of various interconnected elements, each impacting the others
For example, stress can lead to sleep disturbances, create anxiety, binge eating, and elevated blood pressure. These physical reactions can, in turn, affect our emotional and mental state, creating a cycle of distress. Changes in our emotions and mindset also infulence our body, highlighting the direct link between the internal and external. Understanding this relationship is crucial for overall well-being, as improving one area can positively impact others.
My Approach is Firmly Rooted in Two Philosophies
