If you feel stuck, coaching helps you gain clarity on your goals, build confidence, and stay focused on what truly matters. It provides guidance through life transitions, helps you develop better habits, and breaks unhelpful patterns. Most importantly, coaching enhances your self-awareness, helping you uncover limiting beliefs and discover new perspectives to unlock your potential.

Simply put, it’s hard to navigate personal growth on your own. While we may offer insightful advice to friends, we often struggle to objectively assess our own challenges. A strong coaching relationship helps you stay focused on your goals and the steps needed to achieve them. Additionally, being accountable to your coach reinforces your commitment to the promises you make to yourself.

A successful coaching relationship is built on open and effective communication. Trust your instincts—do you feel heard and understood? Does your coach inspire you to take action and see yourself in new ways? While credentials matter, the real key is finding a coach you genuinely connect with and committing fully to the process.

Potentially! Category III CPT codes have been approved by the AMA (American Medical Association). While these codes allow for data collection and are a major advancement towards full reimbursement, insurance payers generally only accept Category I claims. However, there are some exceptions:
1. FSA (Flexible Spending Accounts), HSA (Health Savings Accounts), and HRA (Health Reimbursement Accounts) pre-tax accounts may be eligible for reimbursement if a client has a letter of medical necessity from their doctor or qualified provider.
2. Certain plans may reimburse with a prescription by a physician.
3. In order to submit health coaching CPT codes, a coach must be certified by the NBHWC (National Board of Health and Wellness Coaching) or NCHEC (National Commission for Health Education Credentialing).
